Do a full installation of GPL. You will not require the CD after that.

The best way is to just leave the CD out of the drive altogether -
always. You then insert your F1RS/GPL/MGPRS2/CPR CD instead. It makes
the game so much more enjoyable....

By including CPR in your list of replacement sims it should be
clear to anyone, how bad Johnny's game is... ;^)
