I saw this demo is up at the Adrenaline Vault:
http://www.racesimcentral.net/
Has anyone gotten this yet, and is it worth the download?  9.3 MB, and
it supports 3Dfx.

The graphics are quite good, but the game is nothing more than an arcade
game. If you are younger than 10 years, you might enjoy it.

It says in the readme that the demo is setup in arcade mode and that
in the full version will have full simulation mode.

This "game" was on my HD for about 24 hours. Didn't impress me

Don't overestimate a quote by someone being paid for naming a game...
;^)
Even if it's a F1 driver.

It is weak.
It pales in comparison with GP2 and F1RS.
It is more along the lines of Andretti Racing.

You might be right, but most demos are pretty bad.  What is
the release date?

Hmm yeah sure.. marketing deal.

That just means that in the full game the "full simulation" mode is nothing
more than the arcade version with a full length GP + qual.   Not a better
game engine or more setups...

And they hope some hard-core simmers will buy it ;-P

I admit the gameplay is a crap, but I think that the driver's point of
view is much better and realistical than in GP2&F1RS.
