everytime i go to install patch it tells me i dont have disk space
available and when i hit ok it just keeps repeating and i cant choose
directory
whats wrong

I occassionally get a similar message when doing something like copying a
file, etc.  (can't say about this specific patch, though).

Try re-booting and then immediately shutting down all running processes
(using CTRL-ALT-DEL) except for Explorer and Systray before applying the
patch.  This usually works for me, when I encounter this type of problem.
