I just ran a 50 lapper at Marty with NT2003, and during my victory
burn-outs I noticed something cool. I switched to the TV view and
brought my car near the player camera. What did I find? The little
driver inside my car turns the wheel (wheel and arm movement) based on
my controls. The little duder /also/ shifts! Got a nice laugh out of it.

I thought it was neat, anyways. :)

Well duh... That's pretty obvious.
How do you expect the little guy inside your car to control the
vehicle if he can't move his arms? Well?

If you do a flip down the front stretch, can you see down the shirt of the
blond in section 1, row12, seat 42?
That'd be cool huh?

The little guy somehow managed to drive pretty good in NR2002, seeing as
he was stiff as a board the entire time. ;)

My little guy has been moving his arms in all papy sims since
GPL...including N4/N2002, etc...you might want to check again...

Really? When I tested this on NR2002, my drivers arms/wheel didn't move
in the rear chase camera view. NR2003, yes. NT2003 (and probably 4),
yes. NR2002, no.

Yeah same here.  Might have something to do with car detail level or
something, as I disable the onscreen wheel and still see it from the
replay cameras.

Wait a sec...

You're able to see a moving steering wheel/arms from a external view
such as rear chase?

I had the car detail set to high, all special effects on and didn't see
it so much as twitch.
