Just like Phantom Menace - you may have a point there!

And just like TPM there will be people who will try and tell us it was
actually good to try and justify there waste of time/money.... ;-)

And then when you look at it again you realize you were right the first
time.  :)

If you're going to debate it to the death, My name is Inigo Montoya, you
killed my story, prepare to die!

(here's a little bit of offtopic trivia.  Back when The Princess Bride was
released on video, there also was a Wing Commander game called Armada.
Now one of the multiplayer aspects of Armada was pre-recorded taunts.
You could use the stock canned taunts or record wav files yourself and
transfer them before the game started and both sides could here what the
other had to say.   I took that Indigo Montoya speech and cut it up into 3
parts(that was because each wave file could only be about 4 seconds) tapped
it , recorded it into a wave file on my computer and then transfered them to
my opponent.   My Modem buddy almost crapped his pants when I sent the
taunts...no Kilrathi cats, or Federation speeches...just...
Ello!  My name is Indigo Montoya, You Killed my Father. Prepare to Die!

Why...?  I've never understood people watching movies multiple times.  Are you
afraid the hero won't get out of the jam the next time...? :)

Never argue with an idiot.  He brings you down to his level, then beats you
with experience...

What was he doing in the jam?  Hey, that must be one weird film. :)

No person's opinions can be said to be
more correct than another's, because each is
the sole judge of his or her own experience.

Heh. I don't know. I loved the lightsabre duelling part. Never seem to get bored
of it. Another reason for watching the show a few times was i got some 'easter
eggs' from the net, like they said ET was in there, so was Wookie. And how Obi
Wan stuffed up his braids. :)

Depends on the film.  There aren't a lot that I go back to see again, but
often the dialogue is so good, you can go back and pick up passages you
didn't hear the first time.  In some really well written comedies, you can
be laughing so hard from the first joke you miss the next.  Sometimes in a
particularly "beautiful" film it is good to go back a second time, free of
the need to concentrate on the story, and just take in the incredible
cinematography (something that doesn't translate well to video).  And then
there are the "niche" films that we watch over and over again either as a
cult think ("Pulp Fiction", "Dr. Strangelove" whatever) or due to an
interest in a related topic ("Grand Prix" anyone?).
