I have several questions about IndyCar Racing II.
1) Is there supposed to be announcer noise in the game itself?
(See Sound Levels Options Menu)
2) Is it neccessary to re-calibrate Joystick everytime you start the
game?
3) What's the consensus on the minimal acceptable frame rate for
racing/car
control?
4) What is the release date for the Papryus n/k/a Sierra Patch?

Try running into the nack of the pace car and listen closely!!!

erm......nope

Depends on what you like. Mine is 23.
