I remember an America's Cup simulator from EA.(back when they were
Electronic Arts) :) you had to sail the course and find the freshest
breezes but when it came time to change sails you had to play the Grinder
and spin your joystick handle around and around. The faster you could
circle your joystick, the faster the Spinaker would fill up and the quicker
you got up to top speed.
