Force high res textures in F1 2000 CS

I've just received a new P4, and am wondering if there is a way to force F1
2000 CS to display the high-resolution car textures from further away. I've
got plenty of processing power to spare, and would like to improve the look
of my replays. I know that it can be done in SCGT, didn't the same people
make both games?
