To avoid Blowovers, I have tried to shift weight to the front.

However, the weight shifting option  is NOT front vs. rear and/Or  Left vs
Right.
It is vertical vs. horizonal.

Can someone explain ? ?. ( i.e. How do I shift weight toward the front?)

        Tim, there are several ways to avoid blowovers in the game. If you
use the horizontal slider and move it right so that it increases the value
ie
70 to 71 then you are moving weight to the front of the vehicle. But in
doing
so you will also be affecting you weight transfer and 60ft times at the
other
end of the track. Some of the other things that can be used to stop blow-
over are your wings, tire growth on the rear tires, height of your front
tires,
spring rates front and rear and tire stiffness.
        Unless, your blowovers are happening real early in your run, you
may want to try one of the more subtle changes first. Much trial and errror
is required to figure out all the nuances. Make small changes, and look at
your time card at the end of the run make note of what happened. It may
take several passes to see if the change was repeatable. I would then use
your telemetry file to see what happened compared to the previous run.
        You should be trying to get the lowest 60ft times possible and run them
consistantly. This will show in the form of high g forces on the graph and
will
result in the fastest times.

Tim,

As best as I can make out the 'Horizontal' value is the percent of the
weight on the front wheels. So to move the weight forward increase the
'Horizontal' value. The 'Vertical' value seems to be the height of the
center of gravity and would affect weight transfer to the rear during
acceleration. Increasing it would move weight to the rear under high
acceleration but not move it very much during low acceleration (near the end
of the race).

Of course, I don't know exactly what the programs code is doing but this is
my best guess after playing around with the program for a week.

I shifted the horizontal weight to the minimum (I think 10?) and the car went
nose up while sitting in the burnout box and just stood on it's bumper,
without me touching the gas.

So I'd say 10 is back :)

Yea, that seems to be right. Horizontal = 10 means 10 on the front and 90 on
the back. I did a car like that (I forget which body) and I think it not
only stood on the rear bumper but flipped over. All while stopped in the
bleach box with the brakes on!
