Please Help...Viper Racing Locking Up

I just got Viper Racing, it opens and I can go into options, but when
I click on Quick Start or any button to start the game, it locks up
and I have to reboot per reset button. I have a ATI 3D Expression +
PCTV vid card a Pent 233 MMX w/64 MB SDRAM. Please Help if you can.

Have you downloaded the latest drivers for your graphics card? Try
either the cards 'publisher' (such as Creative Labs for the Voodoo2) or
the chips manufacturer.
