I am looking for a site that has the converted versions of Indy and Laguna
Seca available for download. None of the sites I have have the tracks
available.

You need to buy Papyrus ICR2 (for Laguna Seca) and Nascar racing 3 (for
Indianapolis) and then the track converter from www.sim-garage.co.uk to use
these tracks in GPL.
