Surely the only way to simulate a real bike is to have controls for the
clutch and, more importantly, seperate front and back brake controls.
Different riders use different braking techniques. Most say they do at
least 80% of their breaking via the front wheel. I assume that the
physics model in World Superbike, AMA Superbikes etc simply use a
constant ratio, much like brake bias in car simulations. Surely in some
sections of track, such as the cork***at leguna, it would be easier
to apply a little more rear breaks than usual?
This option is available to real bike racers so why not in a bike sim?

Speaking of Leguna. This will be the only track you will be able to
compare all of the Superbike and GP sims on an even basis. As far as I
can tell it will be the only track that will exist in ALL of the
upcoming sims.

lack of a decent control device. it'd be like GPL on a keyboard. i guess
you've got to consider the limiting factors.
