Nascar 3 and firewalls

My previous post was deleted for some reason, but I am looking for some
assistance on setting up Nascar 3 to run in multiplayer behind a firewall.
I have set up the firewall according to the info included in the readme
file, but no luck.  If anyone has any info it would be greatly appreciated.
