Can't view replays in F1/2001

When I select a replay to view F1/2000 quits to the desk top. Any
suggestions to fix this.

I have the same problem , unless i am viewing an instant replay

  Using the win9x 27.70's I got the same thing with a gf3 ti 200.  So it
sounds driver related.   Probably backing up a few versions will fix it.
