I wonder if there is any way to improve the
replay view ?

I find it a bit too much zoom and often times
blocked by signs etc.

I did try one 3d-replay file from blackmotor
but it show no effect ???

Also found some animation files on the CDROM.
Is there a way to play these files just to see what's in them ?

I am talking about the replay after the race.
Page up key gives 2 view
YES one of the view does change the zoom but that
is NOT THE TRACK SIDE VIEW
but the movable ...something view.
