Is international version of nascar 4 compatible with US version ?

I mean can i go to server wich is using a US copy with my international
version of nascar :)

Yes.  Now, if you already have N4 try it out :)  Remember to get the
latest patch for your language version from www.papy.com or else you
will not be able to connect.
