I'm only going from memory of earlier pics (the TM site is barred here
at work) but I thought they looked very similar to the pedals I use
with my MOMO (they're from a TM F1 (NASCAR Pro)) and they've served me
well for years.  Brake even has a *** stop so you've got to give it
that extra poke to get full travel.  They are *so* far superior to the
MOMO pedals it's not funny.  I struggled for weeks when I first got
the MOMO but couldn't get any lapping consistency whatsoever.  Don't
even think about trying to heel and toe - something that can be
achieved with ease with the TMs - which are not tractor-like for what
it's worth.

Unless TM have***ed up somewhere I foresee that the pedals will be
up there with the best of the non-***, "standard" consumer level
wheel/pedal sets.

Cheers,

That's something to do with Ferrari badged bits not selling very well in th
U.S. TM usually re-badge the products NASCAR but that would be a bit
difficult as the wheel is a Ferrari replica and  probably under copyright.

Andi.

If it does arrive here, I'm praying it works with my PS2.

(P.S. What's with Arial?)

Sorry about the font. The email setup is mostly for my wife. I'll see if
I can change it without her noticing. Wish me luck and keep the couch
warm. ;-)
Speaking of PS2, my son has one with GT3. Is it worth investing some
time to get to know?

Absolutely.  I just finished doing a story on racing games for the Xbox and
PS2 and GT3 is at the head of my Top Ten list.  In fact, I'd say it's better
than 99% of PC racing games (with a FF wheel like Logi's GT Force), not 'cuz
of its Lite physics model but certainly in terms of gameplay.  If you send
me yer email addy, I'll send you the relevant 'graphs.  GT4, which
unfortunately isn't due for many, many months, will support online racing.
It's a great game.
