WANTED: Mosport for N3

I suspect Panoz isn't really looking to bring F1 back to Mosport right away.
He seems to be much more interested in sports car racing at the moment. I'm
not sure if the regulations are different for F1 tracks for GT tracks but
it's possible. As with any track that runs ASN Canada FIA sanctioned events,
any changes/improvements would have to approved by the ASN if he hopes to
continue running events there. Given this, I'm sure the changes will meet
FIA requirements for the sports car tracks anyway.

We already *have* Watkins Glen in N3.  I'm interested in tracks that have
not yet been converted - particularly the three I mentioned.

Interesting to people who don't think CART/IRL is interesting - because
the races are nothing more than parades with few (if any) lead changes.

IMHO, finishing a race WELL out of sight of the next (or previous) car is
NOT fun, especially if most of the race turned out to be that way.

WANTED: Mosport for N3

What the track is I was referring to is the GPL version of Watkins
Glen that is vastly different from the one available in N99 or N3.  And
it was in reply to the comment that "no-one" has been able to convert
gpl tracks to nascar.  Of course we know Dave Noonan can... :)
I too think Mosport would be an excellant track to run our converted
Touring cars on.  I have heard that tracks like the Ring and possibly
Spa would be difficult to convert because the older Nascar sims can't
allow for the terrain elevation changes as great as those in GPL.  I
once thought that getting N99 tracks converted to ICR2 was impossible
but Noonan did that, so I won't make a blanket statement about ANY track
being able to be converted.. :)
