I got my T1 yesterday with the full version of Nascar and the track pack.

BTW, what are some of your best times (total for all six laps) on autumn
valley in NFS?  After not having played the game for a couple weeks, I
fiddled around with driving to make sure that everything worked ok (it
did) and to get used to shifting with the stick instead of joystick
buttons.  I then restarted the race and with no practice ran 8:23.xx with
the 512TR.  I beat the default lap record (1:25.7 I believe) on laps 2-6
(not on lap one because of the standing start) and got that 8:23 time.
The default total record was 8:30, I believe.  Unfortunately, after
trying to install nascar, the sound didn't work, and it screwed up the
sound on NFS so I deltree'd nfs and lost my proof.  Installing the track
pack fixed ALL my sound problems.

NOW with Nascar (GRRRRRRRRRR)

WHAT THE HELL is the deal with the road courses??? Did they pave them
with teflon for god sakes???

I know more than enough about handling dynamics to know that a race car
with slicks does NOT spin out that easily!  I tried modifying all sorts
of stuff (tire pressure, spoilers, camber, shock stiffness) and it didn't
help any.

Are we doomed to road courses made out of ice?

Try playing F1GP/WC with Traction help off then. The TYRES are made out
of ice too!

A 3400 pound automobile on a road course is far, far different than
any other type of road course simulator you've ever driven.  You need
to slow down.

You're asking if it works ? Need For Speed and T2 ?
Once you have tried the T2, you won't get back to your keyboard or
Joystick....!!
And YES, the Wheel and the Pedals work FINE.
Get the T2, it worth it. (In France, you get F1GP in the package...)

Bye.

Yes, the T1 works fine, if you use the adapter that is supplied
with the wheel/pedal. If not, you can get it from Thrustmaster.
