Was wondering if the extra "slot" on the pedal base of the T2
was intended for a "clutch" pedal upgrade...
I imagine the entire upgrade would include:
Pedal, bungee, interface plug, maybe software drivers for the main
games...
Or maybe the slot is "just there".

If you had two T2 pedal sets you could translant one of the pedal assemblies
to create a clutch pedal. You would only need to wire it in correctly so that
it did not interfere with any of the existing axis. Since the T2 has one axis
for steering and one for brakes/gas, you shouldn't have any problem wiring it
to one of the other two available axis(es?). You'll just need a pin-out for
the game port as well as knowing which axises are in use for the T2 in its
current config.
