GP2: Let's find who the real drivers are!

Fed up of seeing so called "hot laps" where someone's managed a pretty
good time by letting their PC do most of the hard work for them?

Well, help is at hand. I'm planning on setting up an "Ace Hall of
Fame". To qualify, the time must have been set at 'ace' level and the
two driving aids (Auto Gears & Throttle Help) _must_ have been
switched off. I'll also give a rating for the driving style!

If you think this is a good idea, let me know & I'll go ahead with it
(the page isn't set up yet, so don't ask for the URL - I'll post it
when it'a ready).

E-mail any hot laps & set-ups to me - remember, ace level with no
driving aids. Also, let me know if you were using steering help or not
(I don't think this can be detected in a hot lap file, so there's no
point in banning it!).

Or their T2.

So you should make them play on the key's.  Sir Geoff should've
included a F button to turn these 'cheating' devices off, calling it
big girls aid or summat.  It would be easy to detect if they didn't
wheel spin like a trooper. You could call this HOF "Ace Hall of Fame
for rock hard people".
Jealous, you betch, lucky gits!
