how come i don't get a "gentlemen, start your engines " command when starting a
race offline at dega???

Not sure why it's not there, but I would like to know how to get rid of it?

There is a way, just record a 5 sec. .wav file, name it "gsye.wav" without
the quotes, and put it into your N4/sound/spcc folder, and say goodbye to
the annoying Eli Gold sound-alike. Probably my only *** with the whole
game, and admittedly a minor one.  Ed
