GP2 Anyone setup CH Pro Pedals Yet?

Whatta F*%#ing great sim! The driving model is best yet!

But my damn pro pedals don't work! I've tried about every way to configure
them, but  nothing seems to work. Any other Pro Pedal users out there figure
this out? I'd really like to know :)

Well, I should've known better than to post without reading the
FM...page 15, in particular!  In short, you need to check the "Control
Driven Calibration" option prior to calibrating...works perfectly!
Please ignore my earlier post.

I've been having the same problem and I hate to say it, but I don't see
any easy solutions...  As complex as the control setup is, you'd think
they would have covered all possible configurations!  So, do I shelf it
and wait for a patch, reinstall my T1 pedals (I seriously hated those
things), or waste a call to tech support?  Decisions, decisions...  If
anyone comes up with a solution please pass it along.

After some frustration, I managed to set up my CH Pro pedals just fine.
From memory, I think you have to select the "control driven calibration"
button on the advanced control methods screen and it then lets you calibrate
it for throttle and brake. (I'm assuming that's your problem).

Make sure you select "Control Driven Calibration" and they should
work. If you are still experiencing problems, let me know.

I had quite a miserable time getting mine to work but eventually I got
it. Here's what I think I did.  I choose "control driven calibration"
then I set my Accelaeration to be "joystick B vert." and brake to
"joystick B horz.".  Then I calibrated and after about the 4th time
that I tried to calibrate, it woked.  I have saved the file so if you
need it I can e-mail you my setup I think.

hope this helps

Hmm, I didn't use that option. The only problem I had was that I had
to calibrate left/right the oposite way around to normal. Since l/r
is entirely arbitrary on the left pedal anyhow, it makes no odds.

What other problems are you (erm, the original poster(s)) having?

James.
