Paintask Utility for Nascar?????

I used to have this excellent program but for some reason it messed up and
quit working so I had to delete it.  Does anyone know where I can get a
copy of it or could someone post it in the binaries group that unfortunately,
nobody ever uses??!!  Thanks for any help.
