Driver preview at Thresh's Firing Squad

'Ooooooh', which is the first thing that ran through my mind when I saw the
graphics and locales in their preiview of the PC version of Driver. I though
Midotwn Madness looks great, but 'WOW,' Driver looks awesome! The city
architecture looks a lot more complex, and seems more urban than Midtown
Madness. The textures do definitely look more detailed and more varying, and
the locale has more props and more scenery, like that shot of Miami near the
shore. I'm just glad there are actual brideges to cross unlike Midtown
Madness. Like I said, the architecture is definitely more complex than the
boxy buildings of Midtown Madness. Head over to www.firingsquad.com to see
the preview. Reminds me of  'Crazy Taxi' from Sega.

driver is a GREAT game.  hard as hell....requires you to completely master
the unique characteristics of each car.  i just hope the pc version
controls similar to the psx version.

interestingly enough, the game plays better with DIGITAL control.  the
game is way too difficult with analog control.

Don't know why you think that. I drive it just fine with analog
control. I find it's much more realistic. What do you find so hard
about using the analog?
