Hi,

I have a question on the quickrace utility that has been created for
GP2(I have not had a chance to try utility yet). When you change the
number of laps before entering GP2, does the fuel get adjusted also?

I read a long time ago in one of the news messages that the fuel does
not get adjusted.

> Yes, the fuel gets adjusted (to race length + 2 laps).

Mine did not automatically adjust, had to go into setups where asks about
pitstops, pick automatic? and this adjusted fuel upwards for quickrace.

That's strange 'cos it doesn't with mine. I decided I wanted to do a
10% race instead of the standard 5%. So I selected Estoril and off I
went, after about 5 laps of racing out of the seven I was out of fuel
'cos I'd started on the same fuel level as on a standard 5% race.

You need to set Pitstop Strategy to "Automatic" under the drive options
menu, the sim will then adjust the fuel load for longer quickraces.

Is it just me or should GC have included things like this in the first
releases? Don't get me wrong... Love the sim, haven't played anything
else since I got it...
