Please keep all mentions of race results and winners INSIDE your
messages.  Don't use the SUBJECT line to announce to the world
that "so and so won the race."
  Thanks...you're co-operation will be appreciated my many who can't
see a paticular race when you do.
  If you do post about a race...make sure you give some warning
in the subject line so that users can AVOID your message until
they have had a chance to view the race.
