The problem is he is restricted to only 5 lap races and i know there was a
fix for that restriction but i cant find it anywhere.
Please can anyone assist in this matter...to make an old friend very happy.

BPR was the mod, there is another version upcomming for F1c.
He has to edit a file to correct the lap count. Here is the
game.gdb for one track in gtr2k2. He basically has to follow this format
and make sure his new tracks are included. Generally the mods include
updated game.gdb or you can look at F1 links for game.gdb files.
