SBDT or Simbin Development Team, is(are?) closing their forums. The
makers of GTR 2002 and F360 Challenge and FIA GT v3 are going comercial.
I'd like to thank these guys for providing thousands of hours of enjoyment.

Wow! That was short notice. Hope someone archived some of the information
there since there was a lot of players helping players kinda stuff . Also
hope their commercial venture works out for them; if its as good as GTR was
I'll be supporting them again

What happened?

They did not say anything about this on the forum (or did they?).

Not that they owe us anything (we owe them big time!) but if they are going
commercial wouldn't it be best to let their future customers know about it
in a different (more polite) way?

I checked the site (http://www.simbin.com) today and it looks very
"official".

They have produced amazing stuff already. GTR2002 and the 360 Challenge
mod are incredible! I wish them the best of luck and will be supporting
any future releases.

Those forums were SO helpful. I'd like to see them re-opened or at
least archived somewhere.

Thanks to the guys at SBDT for everything. Hope all goes well for them
in the future. If they can get people involved in the community,
they'll do well.
