I agree!

This guy certainly posts a lot of lost-leaders on this board.
I am ignoring him at this point.
But its still a load of trash to wade through.

James

He's simply been alerting people to his new site.

Ian has saved me an incredible amount of hours worth of work. His setups for
F1RC and F12001 are fantastic (fit me perfectly). He also does setups for
other sims which many, many people appreciate.

He can "spam" all he wants as far as I'm concerned.

Sorry Morgan, I'm not intending to 'spam'. This was the first week for the
site so as David says I just wanted to alert people to it's existance. I
agree that it was a bit much (2 headers) but the site isn't, and we don't
intend it to ever be, commercial. Just alerting people to a free service. I
feel that a lot of people automatically assume that a person has another
agenda in mind when promoting a site, we just want people to know it's there
and I'll unashamedly put www.simbin.com in all my posts.
The only threads I started were to tell people about the pics because I
wanted to share them and the Competition because there's a free GeForce 3
going, bought and paid for by the small group of us running the site. The
site is by sim nuts for sim nuts and I thought that with the amount of nuts
here, it would be a great place to advertise it.
I won't start anymore headers unless I really can't stop myself :-)

Best Wishes

Ian

Why precisely are you ignoring me James?

You guys are idiots and wouldn't know a good unselfish thing if it bit you
in the ass!!

My search found 38 posts from Ian in just the last week, and I'll agree that
some were helpful, but does it really take some 30-odd posts to get the word
out?

Ok, point taken Ryan, I'll stop the site reminders. But I'd like to stick
around and offer something useful when I can if you guys don't mind. I've
recently started a 6 month break from the regular work, which is why I
didn't post much in the past, full time work and making setups for most of
the sims took up all of my time, it's not just the site that got me posting.
I always was a lurker though, and to be honest, I feel a bit guilty now. I
wasn't intending to take advantage of the board, but I can see with this
thread that it looks that way to a lot of you and for that I'm sorry, it's
not my style to***people off. If you forgive me I will make it up to you.

I don't know, I kinda enjoyed hearing about new WSC pictures, then going to
the site to find...none.  Maybe I will make a site and tell everyone on RAS
about the GPL2 demo on my site.
