After reading the positive comments stated here I decided to give the
demo a go. I can choose the graphic card (software, Direct3D, Glide
are all enabled since I have 16MB Voodoo Banshee AGP), but once I make
all the selections and try to race, I get maybe one frame of the car
on the track and then a dump-to-desktop. What's the matter, somebody
else experience this?

Looks like another game I wont be buying...

Select only Glide, I too have a Banshee, also tested on a voodoo3, SCGT
works great on those cards.

Tried that, in fact with any option chosen I just get a
dump-to-desktop. Is this demo not compatible with AMD?

The demo works fine on my AMD K62-333 system.

I had to eliminate all the optional triple buffering type things in the VooDoo
control panel and then it worked fine.

ISI has an AMD system they test on, it works on the latest AMD CPUs.
