What to buy? Power F1 or Psygnosis Formula 1???

Hi all,

Thanks again to the 32 people who emailed or posted a reply to me on my
questions about F1GP2.

Well, I have dumped my F1GP2 cd until I get my new cray computer. I
currently have a 3dblasterPCI and a P133 32mb.

Both Power F1 and Formula 1 look fine. I like realism [well as good as u
get in a sim]. I believe that Formula 1 would be the best bet for me as it
supports verite chips out of the box.

I'd appreciate any comments from the group on what I should buy.

Thanks,

Phil.

Formula 1 by Psygnosis / Bizarre Creations, without a shadow of a
doubt, especially as you have a Rendition card. Without a word of a
lie Power F1 was deleted from my hard drive within 30mins - I even
reinstalled it two days later because I had convinced myself it wasn't
as bad as I thought. That time it lasted one hour.

Don't get me wrong, if you want an arcade racing game you could do
worse (Test Drive Off Road for example...?) but "F1" is simply so much
better.

Cheers!
John

PS - I suppose I should explain that I've played the PC version a fair
bit at the Bizarre Creations offices (the people who are writing it).
That's why I can comment comparatively as above. :-)

My suggestion would be to purchase Forumula 1, since I have already
bought power f1, because if u want a realistic sim, power f1 is NOT
it.  If u are looking to just drive around looking at pretty graphics
and have arcade type of playing, power f1 is the ticket.
