NFSPU, can they keep this up..?

If you get speedvision, just find a little program called Car and
Track that airs monday through Friday at 6am pacific st.  They generally
show 20 minutes of 1970's stock car racing and then test a car or
two....GAWD!  the roll of those cars is unbeleivable.  The poor narrator
is talking about crisp taunt handling while the Big Muscle cars are
wallowing around like drunken PIGS.  I sure love the old Cuda's and Boss
Mustangs and Camaro's, but handling???  No way.  They were fat
undersprung menaces, todays trashiest cars could run circles around
those overpowered tugboats.

One thing that they MUST get right with MC is the engine sounds. If
you don't accurately capture the rumble of a 426 Hemi or the 454 in a
Chevelle SS, then you might as well not play the game. There is a lot
of potential here...this could be a great game if they do it right.
The other thing that must be included is a 1/4 mile dragstrip mode
(which I am pretty sure will be there judging by the screenshots.) The
60s and 70s musclecars were made for straight line acceleration --
nothing more.

>>>Hard to say.  The physics engine from Motor City is allegedly not the
>>>same as the engine used in Porsche Unleashed.

>>Funny, I read that it was the same, in a couple different articles.
