I saw a post on google about this but no good solution. I got a
Geforce 4 with the latest drivers with anti-aliasing and ansiotropic
filtering on. In GPL the menus shake and get blurry. Does anyone know
how to fix this without disabling AA and AF ?

I don't know a way to get rid of it in D3D but the current nVidia drivers
don't have this problem in OpenGL. You'll need nvtweak or something similar
to fix the 60Hz problem if you run XP/2k though.
