    With the exception of Papyrus's NASCAR and GPL titles, are there any
other racing sims that can handle 15 or more online (human) drivers?

  Nascar Heat can handle in the high 20's to 30's with the ovals, but if you
run the converted roadcourses, you are limited to about 18 max.

STCC2 (Swedish Tourinc Car Championship)

I used to play it with modem, and it was great online.
Havent tested it with cable, but im sure its superb.
It uses dedicated servers btw.

3. N4 Unstable cars, bad online racing, may be realistic but does not = good racing...
