please post your fave setups page for ICR2.  It MUST MUST MUST meet the
following.

1 have the best lap time that setup has run.  This must be verified by
instant replay

2 have standard weather for all laps, and it must state this.  I don't
set my races for 50 deg so I don't care about laps run in 50 deg.
