Can someone point me to a single site that has all
the background, cars, track,***pit update/upgrades ?

None of the sites I have ever come across have everything, but there are several that have links to
everything. The Hotlinks site seems to have disappeared http://www.racesimcentral.net/

But the add-ons site is still going strong... http://www.racesimcentral.net/

If you can't find it linked on one of these sites, it probably doesn't exist. Also check the GPL
