I was just wondering if the cars in world circuit 2 will have brake lights?
There have been quite a few times in WC when I have eaten a rear-end because
I could'nt tell that the guy hit the brakes.

Extremely unlikely since real F1 cars don't have any such concept.  They
have a red rear fog light if that's what you were thinking of, but no
brake lights.  It's up to the guy behind to know the track's braking
points and to anticipate the actions of the driver ahead.

Formula 1 cars do not have break lights.  They do have a red light that is
turned on when it it raining, but it is not a break light.  If WC2 is to be
realistic is should not have break lights.

F1 cars have brake lights? I always thought the red rear-mounted light
on F1 cars was only for use in rain to prevent someone coming up too
quickly on a car that would otherwise be unseen.

Thanks for clearing that up. I did'nt know that those were for foggy
conditions.
They looked like brake lights.

Thanks again

Hey Baldrick, F1 cars don't have brake lights the single rear red light
is for use during a race when it is foggy/rainy/misty etc, it is not a
brake light !!!, anyway if you are any good at F1GP/Indycar/Nascar you
learn that the computer cars brake much earlier than you can, and you
can out brake most of the cars in these games with a bit of practice.

Happy learning !!

I've noticed over the last few grand prix that the drivers do tend to
turn these lights on when they come into the pits. That's the time in
the game when I'm most likely to rear-end them so I think it would be a
good idea...

And I guess automatic braking, steering, gearing, and pitting are equally
important for you?

Get a grip!

Sure, as long as you can turn it off...

While we're at it, how about a MOVE-OVER flag for the laps down weenies?

No, Just an Airfreshner, Multi-Play CD Player, Car Phone and a (Fluffy
Dice I bet that took a bit of thinking up (i.e. no interior mirror !!!),
and a lastly nice front fog lamps. (Sounds like a McLaren F1 Sports Car)
