Yes, its here. You can do alot of stuff that that you couldn't do in the
original version of NASCAR besides racing 32 people at once. Too bad
multi.exe can only be used with multiplayer races. A few warnings, though:
(in no particular order)

1. Watch out. Some of the people on there are complete idiots and they think
that racing on the network mean that you have to run into other people on
purpose.

2. Your phone bill will sky rocket. Do you have a good divorce lawyer?

3. Its ***ing.

4. You get disconnected from time to time in the middle of a race (I was
in a Talladega race. 2 laps to go, I was in the lead. 2nd place car is
0.2 seconds behind me. Suddenly I got disconnected).

5. Be prepared. You aren't racing the AI anymore. Your racing people now.
Some are dumb as straw, some are smart. Some will be lapped ever 2 laps,
others will live you behind in the dust. Some will say "Thats Ok" if you
accidentally run in to them, others will run into you and try to kill you.

6. It gets overcrowded in the evenings and the servers may be slow.

I actually saw two guys who apparently knew each other, discussing
(using chat during the race) about whether they should start crashing
or not. Unbelievable

I wish I was, but it's true. One guy said to another something along
the lines of "you want to start wrecking now?"

Looks like waiting for the smoke to clear :) is not a bad idea after
all.  It can't hurt to keep racing the AI after all.

This may very well be true.  Just before one race started one night at Talladega, I saw a
message like "Take me out on the pace lap".  Right after that, all h___ broke lose and half of
the field got wiped out.  There were about 21-22 cars in that race.  I finished 13th and I
didn't complete a single lap.
