Problerm with Mobil 1 Rally Championship

I can't make this game recognize my Microsoft Sidewinder Precision Racing
wheel (the one without forcefeedback). None of the buttons works and the
steering wheel doesn't work either. I have no problem with other racing
games such as NFS - III and NFS - PU.
Can anyone give me a suggestion?
