GP2:
I usually practice at Imola or Silverstone.
Quickrace (which I also use as practice): Magny-Cours and Suzuka.

IC1:
Laguna Seca (duh) and Toronto (in the rain)

GP1:
Practice:  Imola, Canada, Suzuka.
Quickrace: Magny-Cours

And the original poster was right, I do consider these races "home" grand
Prix. When I race here (linked) to my friends, I usually beat them, due to
my knowledge of the circuit. For example, once I was racing (GP1) at
Imola. I had made a major tactical mistake and went into the last 10 laps
with 15-lap old D-compound tires. My friend was charging very ***
fresh tires, but I managed to pass the backmarkers in such way that he had
to stay behind them for another corner. Eventually he made a mistake
trying to pass two cars going into Aqua Minerale, and that settled the
race. If I had not had so much experience on this track, I'm sure I
would've lost the GP, maybe even the chamionship.

Like the original F1 racers, i test new u/c settings in Estoril because
of high speeds and difficult turns.
My favorite courses, however, are Imola, Monaco, and of course Spa.
Monaco is really great because this is a thrilling challenge. 1 kmh (or
mph) too fast, and it=B4s all over. Cool!

bye,Seb.--
