Improved AI for NL Ontario, TWS, Michigan, Atlanta or Trenton?

Can anyone recommend a good set of AI/LP files for the Nascar Legends
superspeedways?  Or, for that matter, for N3 Darlington, Gateway or
Las Vegas?

Specifically, I'm seeking AI files that allow good consistent passing
of backmarkers.  For some reason, the default AI files don't seem to
want to allow cars at the back of the pack to be lapped by the lead
cars.  Is there some other way to fix this?
