If you mean he can run it perfectly at 25fps, then we have a
disagreement. If you mean he can run it perfectly at 36fps from
the Nintendo F10 ARCARD Tail Gunner view, then we again have
a disagreement. If you mean after hacking the registry and limiting
the mirror updates to every two or 4 or 8 frames, then once again,
we have a disagreement.
