Logitech USB adaptor

I've got a Logitech Wingman Formula Force wheel that I bought used.  I've
always used it with the serial interface, but now I've got win2k, and that
doesn't work any more.  Apparently there was originally a USB connector
that came with the wheel, but I don't have it, and the guy I got the wheel
from can't find it.
Does anyone know if one of those generic serial-usb adaptors that I see
around will do the trick?  Or am I stuck with having to try and buy the
authentic part from Logitech?

Thx,

elrik

..

From what I've read the generic ones work with most wheels.

Not sure if Logitech stocks the one they include with their wheels.
