SCGT how to install headlite patch??

Wondering if anyone can help with installing the patch for headlites. I'm
not sure were to extract all the files to. Can anyone help? Thanks

PS Are there any ovals for SCGT. Would love to get a GTP car on a pure
oval.....!!!!

  there is one oval...I too read the directions and got totally lost.  Note
to patch makers...we simple folk need INSTALLERS!
  also note the lite thing is not an incar headlight but the yellow FIA
mandated lites (or so I've been told)
You can get a similar function by installing Gunslingers SP3.0
