Is there an offical SCGT patch for the demo from ISI? If so where? And I'm
not talking about 3rd party patches or "friends of ISI".

There isn't anything official yet because EA makes everything go through
rigorous testing but the "friends of ISI" patch was released by them. Just
can't be supported due to all that red tape :(

You aren't going to find an OFFICIAL patch when a game hasn't been released.
Just their unofficial patches.
