Fixing the well known spotter sound problem (or after ump*** posts are we
still wondering if this a real problem or not) and the AI problems will
require a patch.  What is the scheduled release date?

Even though the sim was released only a month ago, Papyrus still thinks of
NR1999 as an old sim (like N2) and probably will not do much work to improve
on it.

N99 is sold as a fullpriced, new product, so they better fix any
upcoming problems.
If it was just a re-release of a classic, I would agree with you.
