Text from a note from Adam at Papyrus from "another service":

Hi All,
I have some news about the rumored IndyCar Expansion Packages.  We
are
in fact releasing two expansion packages for IndyCar.  One will be a seven
track pack with the following tracks - Mid-Ohio, Cleveland, Detroit,
Vancouver, Elkhart Lake, Surfers Paradise, and Phoenix.  The second
package I
cannot say exactly what is is yet because of licensing issues :) (as soon
as
I can I'll let you know).  I can say that this second package will have a
full featured RaceCar Paint Kit which will allow you to customize your
cars
and even switch their order.  I know some of you have asked about that.
Both
packages will have the latest version of the game as well as two utilites
- a
replay edit utility and a settings print utility.  The replay cut utility
will allow you to cut and save out specific sections of a long replay.
This
will enable you to upload shortened versions of those great crashes :).
The
settings print utility will allow you to print to a file or a printer any
settings file in a specific format.  This will make it easy to upload and
trade them with friends.  Both utlities work outside the IndyCar Racing
program.
These new expansion packages should hit the shelves some time in
mid
to late May, if all goes well with the licensing.  Also, Elkhart Lake,
because of its size (4 miles), will need more than 4Mb to run.  Definately
8Mb and possibly 6, although that isn't exactly clear yet :).

                                       -Adam, Papyrus

Hmm, yeah I think there is one other track :-)

Yeah, now we can try that 3 or more color, all cars look the same
look that F1 has popped up with this year.

Yep, the one big thing missing from an excellent replay facility (except
maybe jump to a specific time, REW & FF are pretty quick though).

I don't know this second package is awful mysterious.  I think that the
part he wont.. I don't think he can't... tell us about is the new cars for
1994.  Indy is a totally different thing and they could most likely sell
it for more with it marketed as separate.  This thing is called a race
pack anyway.  Indy would have to make Tony George money besides.IMHO-
that guy is greedy anyway.  I wonder-if my expectations are correct, if
we will see the Mercedes engine in the cars 94 set.  Who knows and anyway
I want to drive that first corner at surfer's paradice with 30 cars on the
track.  What about PIR- a great oval .  Will it be as good as Nazareth?
really I'm waiting to see cleveland.

This second package is the INDYCAR INDIANAPOLIS track pack with a few
utilities.  These utils were already mentioned here.

If any one wants to check out the new package for this INDIANAPOLIS race pack,
there is a GIF of it on their BBS.  I think the name of it is IMSBOXF.GIF
