    I dashed out earlier today to buy PC Zone for the CMR demo  which
I've been gagging to play.
    It just will not work! After clicking the icon to run the game, the
3dfx (righteous) card clicks, the screen flickers and then......nothing.
Just back to the desktop.
    I've tried installing the full or minimal versions. I've tried
DirectX 5 & 6. I've tried it on two different systems, both with Orchid
Righteous cards, and I get the same on both.
    The first pc is a P133, the second is P200mmx - both with 32mb Ram.
    I take it this game does support 3dfx? 3dfx isn't in the list of
accelerators if you decide to choose your own gfx card.
    I'm so disappointed. Can anyone help me out?

Actually i had this at home.

Works fine on Win95/ DX6 /Orchid with 3Dfx reference drivers at work, but when
i got it home to Win98/DX6/SLI CL V2's i have the problem you describe above.

Remembering Micro Machines V3 which was impossible to get running on any
machines i have access to, have to wonder if the poor conversion problems have
hit codies again.
