Hi,

I saw the DTR CD laying around and decided to install it on my new rig
to check it out.  I remember enjoying it.

But, I can't run it as there is no mouse pointer in the menus.  Has
this happened to any one before?  Only having this problem with DTR,
but I remember in the old system I got this problem with another
game(s) (also a USB mouse).

Do I really need to post my system specs for this one?  Well,
okay---:-)

Win98SE - all current via the Windows Update
MS Direct X 8.0a
MS Intellimouse Explorer USB
A7A266 DDR Mobo, 2000B BIOS (the newer ones seem to raise the CPU
temps so I am sticking w/ the old ones for the time being)
T-Bird 1.33 CPU
256MB Crucial PC2100 DDR RAM
SB Live 5.1 X-Gamer
Hercules GeForce GTS Pro w/ Herc 7.52 drivers
USB Modem
CH Stick, throttle, pedals
MS SW FF Wheel

I had the same problem. I found a patch for the game at Ratbag or somewhere.
Once I installed the patch (V1.1 maybe) I had a mouse pointer. I think that
is has to do with the Geforce (I have a plain old GF 256).

to work with direct3d, I upgraded to the patch on their website...
103 is the latest one I think.
